What we collect, why we collect it, how text messaging works and how to reach us about your information.

1. Who we are

This site, runtulalo.com, is run by Runtulalo Growth Systems, which is operated by Runtulalo Holdings LLC (“Runtulalo,” “we,” “us”). Runtulalo Growth Systems is part of the Thomas & Runtulalo Co. family of companies. This policy covers information we collect through this website, our forms and booking calendar, email and text messages.

2. Information we collect

We collect what you choose to give us:

  • Contact details: your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.
  • Business details: your business name, website address and what you need help with, plus anything you write in a message, such as your biggest issue or desired timeline.
  • Booking details: the time you pick and the details you give when booking a call.
  • Consent records: whether you agreed to receive text messages, which type you agreed to, and when.
  • Messages with us: the content of emails, texts and replies you send us.

Our website and the tools it runs on may also record basic technical information such as your browser, device and the pages you visit.

We do not ask for payment card details through our forms.

3. How we use it

  • To review your audit request or answer your question and contact you about it.
  • To schedule and run calls you book.
  • To send follow-up by email, and by text only where you have agreed to it (see section 4).
  • To keep a record of your inquiry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • To run, secure and improve this website.
  • To meet legal obligations and keep records of consent.

4. Text messaging

If you give us your phone number, that alone does not sign you up for text messages. We send text messages only if you check a text-message consent box on one of our forms. Agreeing to texts is optional, and you can submit our forms without it.

There are two separate consents, and you can choose either, both or neither:

  • Marketing text messages about special offers, discounts and service updates.
  • Non-marketing text messages about your inquiry, requested services, appointments, reminders, and account or project updates.

We send only the type of message you agreed to. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: reply STOP to any text message from us. You will get a confirmation and we will stop texting you. For help: reply HELP, or email support@thomasandruntulalo.com.

Consent to text messages is not a condition of buying any service. The full messaging program terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

5. Mobile information is not sold or shared

Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and text-message consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

This does not stop us from using service providers that help us deliver the messages you asked for, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers. They handle that information only to deliver our messages, not for their own marketing.

6. Who else sees information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM, forms, booking, email and text messaging platform, and website hosting. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
  • A successor, if our business is ever sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.

7. Keeping and securing it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to keep a record of consent, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices

  • Text messages: reply STOP at any time.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to us.
  • Your information: you can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We may need to verify who you are, and may keep what the law requires us to keep.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use your mobile information, we will not use it in a new way without your consent.
