The client
A’KERA Collective is a Charleston-area financial education, protection, leadership and career development brand led by Kerissa Rivas.
It serves individuals and families, and it creates pathways for professionals and military-connected people exploring careers in financial services.
What wasn’t working
The brand speaks to several audiences and offers several services. Financial solutions, recruiting, professional development, military transition, mentorship and Kerissa’s own leadership story all had to make sense under one name.
The challenge was doing that without the website feeling scattered or reading like a pitch for a single product.
What we built
- A website with separate paths for potential clients and potential team members
- Pages for financial solutions, leadership and career opportunities, and military transition
- Interest forms for lead capture
- Booking for conversations
- A CRM that organizes each inquiry by what the visitor is looking for
What they can do now
- Give clients and future team members their own clear path
- Share military-transition information in one place
- Take interest forms and scheduled conversations from the website
- Route and organize each inquiry in the CRM by what the visitor wants
We publish results like traffic, leads or revenue only when we can show where the numbers came from. This page describes what was built and what it does.
